More than just a dealer academy, GMEP offers a deep dive into each dealership department to learn operations, performance metrics, what obstacles to watch for, and how to lead successful teams. GMEP spans 11 months, meeting for 3 ½ days every other month for a total of six sessions.
Class size is limited, and only one dealership in each market is allowed to reserve a seat in this dynamic program.

Each 20 Group is self-governed and decides the cadence, location, and agenda topics for each meetings. Groups typically meet for one-and-a-half to three days 2–3 times per year.
